Raphël Quilicot will send the notice via coaches@baseballstlaurent.com at 4:00 p.m. or later and the CBSL coaches will notify his players and the coach of the other team (see league site for contact information).
If last minute decision - call the 2 officials in charge in addition to sending an e-mail.
VISITORS
The other team will contact you two hours before the game.
WEEKEND CANCELLATION
HOME TEAM
Teams will send the notice via coaches@baseballstlaurent.com, 2 hours before the game and notify their players and the other team's coach. If last minute decision - call the 2 officials in charge in addition to sending e-mail.
VISITORS
The home team of the other association will contact you max 2 hours before the scheduled game time. However, it is strongly suggested that you try to contact the other team.
RESCHEDULING OF GAMES
(Only for weather conditions or playing in tournaments)
Get the go-ahead from the League Manager, cancel the original game, check the availability of the park and agree with the other team.
As of 2020, you will no longer be able to cancel games because you don't have enough players or your opponent doesn't have enough players.
If there is a shortage of players, you will have to find substitutes for the match. Players can be from any team and from any association in the Lac St-Louis region.

Any member who has 1 game to reschedule must reschedule that game within 7 days. The game must be played within 15 days of the previous scheduled date. Otherwise, a fine will be imposed.
JUNIOR AND SENIOR TEAMS
Cancel the original game by sending an email to the league. The league will arrange a new date for the rescheduled game.
