PRE-RALLYE CAP AND RALLYE CAP PROGRAMS
After a 1-year sabbatical, CBSL is proud to announce that David Frost is returning as head instructor for Rallye-Cap in 2020. We are able to confirm that activities will begin on Sunday, June 28th and end on Sunday, August 30th.
In order to begin activities, we have to adapt to new regulations such as:
PARENT/GUARDIAN REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES WITH THEIR CHILD
For each child on the field, a parent/guardian or other family member 18 years and older will need to be on the field at all times.
CONSENT FORM
Each child and accompanying adult will need to complete the consent form that Baseball Quebec has created. This form is mandatory and is a stipulation set by Public Health and the provincial government in order to allow baseball to return.
The form is required to be completed and submitted before June 28th. If not submitted, the child and accompanying adult will not be allowed to participate in any activities. CBSL will not have any forms available at the field.
For children, we ask that parents complete the electronic that was sent in an e-mail by Spordle on June 10th. Parents will need to complete the pdf version which can be downloaded here and then submitted to CBSL by e-mail at info@baseballstlaurent.com.

ATTENDANCE AND MR./MRS. CLEAN
At each session, we are required to take attendance of each player and parent present at a session.
We are also required to have someone to act as a Mr./Mrs. Clean.
To begin, CBSL is asking parents who will not be on the field with their children to volunteer and help out in fulfilling the tasks. Please click here for more information about the Mr./Mrs. Clean position.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A POSITIVE CASE
At the moment, Baseball Quebec is working with Public Health to have a protocol in place if there is a positive case.
UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION
We are currently finalizing details with the borough on when uniforms will be distributed.
We are also awaiting confirmation from Baseball Quebec as to when we will receive our uniform order for Rallye-Cap.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
David Frost will be contacting you by e-mail to introduce himself and confirm how the sessions will be organized and what other surprises there may be.
Thank you and we wish your kids a fun summer learning how to play baseball.
